Description
In Honeoye Falls NY, the Honeoye Creek flows into the scene arriving at the waterfall by the red mill. Receiving its power from the falls functioning grist mill supplied dry goods that were then sold on the market. There is also an old stone pilon in the stream that support a bridge for moving the goods across the stream. Today, one can view the falls from the more modern bridge and street that crosses 50 yards beyond the falls. When I created this image, it was late October and the colors were just as I have them.
